Rock View Kennels Warranty

Maintaining your Rockview Kennel warranty and keeping your puppy healthy relies on your cooperation. As part of that, you must take responsibility for the pet upon receipt. Our warranty details require you to have a licensed veterinarian conduct an evaluation within seven days of possession. Subsequently, we've provided a review of your puppy; the vet will outline any further preventative steps that are necessary per our evaluation's findings. It is essential to keep up with this timeline to preserve the validity of your Rockview Kennels warranty. Vaccines should not be administered until the second visit with the veterinarian.

We stand firmly behind the quality of our puppies and are pleased to offer a 3-year health warranty for your peace of mind. Additionally, we guarantee your puppy to be free from Parvo Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis, and Corona Virus for 10 days upon arrival. Should any of these illnesses be detected by a veterinarian within 14 days of the puppy's arrival, please contact us within 24 hours.

It is important to be aware that our team has been closely monitoring your puppy's wellbeing daily. We understand that the sudden changes in environment, food and people can be very stressful for a pup. If symptoms of distress arise, we recommend you contact your veterinarian immediately.

Additionally, regardless of breed or background, some issues may not manifest until your puppy develops further. Rest assured though, if a congenital or hereditary disorder occurs within the legal guarantee period, please get in touch with us and we will assist where possible - provided you have abided by all responsibilities associated with pet ownership.

You must maintain a regular routine of caring for your puppy at a licensed veterinarian to stay within the terms of your Rockview Kennels warranty. This connection with your veterinarian will form the basis for ensuring that your pup stays happy and healthy. Ignoring this requirement can result in an automatic voiding of all guarantees. If you find yourself experiencing difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact us right away..
